Drone Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins when the Customer takes possession of the Drone and ends when the Drone is returned to the Company.
Any extension of the rental period must be agreed upon in writing by the Company.
3. Rental Fees

The rental fee shall be agreed upon before the rental period begins and paid in full by the Customer before taking possession of the Drone.
Late returns will incur additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
4. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the return of the Drone in good condition, less any applicable charges for damage or late fees.
5. Condition of the Drone

The Drone will be provided to the Customer in good working condition. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the Drone upon receipt and reporting any issues to the Company immediately.
The Customer agrees to return the Drone in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.
6. Use of the Drone

The Customer agrees to operate the Drone in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The Drone must be operated in a safe manner, and the Customer must not operate the Drone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment or coordination.
The Drone is to be used only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal activities.
7. Maintenance and Repairs

The Customer is responsible for any damage to the Drone during the rental period.
The Customer shall not attempt to repair the Drone. Any required repairs must be made by the Company or a service provider approved by the Company.
8. Liability and Insurance

The Customer is liable for any damage to the Drone, property, or injury to persons arising from the use of the Drone.
The Customer may be required to obtain liability insurance coverage for the use of the Drone, naming the Company as an additional insured.
9. Loss or Damage

In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the Drone, the Customer is responsible for the full replacement cost or repair costs as determined by the Company.
The Customer must report any loss, theft, or damage to the Company immediately.
10. Return of the Drone

The Drone must be returned by the specified return date and time.
Late returns will incur additional charges, and failure to return the Drone may result in legal action.
11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Customer violates any terms and conditions.
Upon termination, the Customer must return the Drone immediately.
12. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use or operation of the Drone.
13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
15. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
